NZTV

NEW ZEALAND | Monday, 6 August 2007 | Views [473]

Wrecked. Just wrecked. Today was occupied by clothes washing, reading, grocery shopping, cooking and watching some New Zealand TV - the highlights from which were the farewell to the All Blacks who left from Christchurch today for the World Cup in France (though, to be honest, we missed the actual pictures because Dr. Phil was on the other channel), and Ask Auntie on Maori TV - a channel dedicated to all things Maori. The show's eponymous Auntie is actually four Maori women with whom you can correspond about your problems. Tough women. One caller - a young lady bring bullied - was told to confront her bullies by confidently asserting that she loves herself. "Deal with it" in other words.

We couldn't justify a photo of a TV, so you'll have to do without visual aids for today.
