My name is Christel. I have worked in the healthcare field for 13 years. I worked hard and now I am going to play hard! No kids, nothing tying me down, hence allowing me to adventure out and fulfill my wanderlust.
In exactly one month I will be heading to Ecuador. I am going to start my South American adventure by attending a month-long Spanish Immersion school. After that is a blank book to fill. I would love to volunteer with children. Possibly get a teacher's certificate and teach English. Definately want to see the Galapagos Islands.
For now I am in the process of packing what's left of the things I haven't sold and sorting out the logistics and paperwork that are required for an extended trip.
Can't wait to see how this experience unfolds!!!
