I havent talk much about what I eat, camping food ain't the best food around and I also buy cheap. So it still do taste good but for a cook, sometime am happy there no one to see it.
I add to change my wait of buying thing also, home I buy tonne of different veggie and other stuff, but on the bike, you have to buy by the weight and just a little at the time. So am nearly everyday in supermarket to buy a few thing. Usually I love having spice, every kind and lot of them. Now my spices are those little powder cube that I usually never use but are quite useful at the moment.
So in general I eat lot of pasta, rice or couscous and sometime buy a canne of lentil. Not lot of meat, neither veggies. So sad.... when I know I will take a day off biking, I definitely buy more stuff, potatoes that are heavy or other stuff and yup a bottle of bear : P I make a feast when I stop in a camp. I do buy some fruit, apple, banana mostly, make good snack on the road. I also have nearly all the time so chocolate in my front bag for a little boost of sugar. Morning, cereal with yoghurt or milk of even dry and a cup of the.. must be my stay in england that cup of the...and also when you dont have much water and got a little stream around, I just boil some of that water and make a the.
Ain't gonna die in europe with the water.
So conclusion, lot of pasta and bread with water keep you alive.
