This morning I went in and worked on the library and then met the girls in City Centre. We did some shopping at a couple dirt cheap souvenir shops located in a little hallway beneath the Hilton hotel. Then we all went to our first Kenyan football game! It was a small game, two teams in the Kenyan Premier League, at Nyayo Stadium in Nairobi. As we were walking into the game, we ran into a bunch of fans in Tusker FC jerseys – one of the teams playing – and we all ended up staying together throughout the game. It ended in a tie, but we ended up on Kenyan television and I was able to blow a vuvuzela! I’ll definitely have to work on it though, I wasn’t very good!
