The closer I flew to Cape Town, the more peace flooded my heart as I left a rather turbulent life in London behind. What a delight it is to be in my beloved city again. After a dearth of connections and relationships over the past year, I feel like I've landed in the land of abundance. What a 'chalk and cheese' experience with so many people wanting to see me and are willing to pick me up in my current carless state to whisk me off somewhere for coffee to connect. And even that may change. Just today I've been offered a car I could potentially borrow. Fantastic! I've been here only two days and already I have an invitation to speak at a homegroup.
Whenever I change countries it feels like my body is in one place and rest of me still needs to catch up. So I'm taking my time to 'land' fully and rest a bit before I venture forward into the next season of my rather unpredictable journey. Time shall reveal all....
