The school has started...

Wow!  What an amazing day.  Yes, the North Kent Community Church School of Supernatural Ministry (that’s a mouthful ) has officially started.  We’re into our 2nd week with 15 Students and more students still signing up.  The wife of one of our students heard all about the school experience from last week and decided she just had to join us.  Another found out about the school last week and got on a bus at 2am this morning to make it in time for the start of class today. Others have moved from Guernsey Island, France and from various places in the UK.  We even have a couple who will be travelling from Paris each week to join us.  That still blows my mind!

The last few months of preparation have not been for the school only.  It’s been a season of much adjustment with many a culture shock symptom rearing its head, not to mention a 3 week bout of flu, moving house a couple of times, and did I mention those stress inducing, charming country lanes?  In the midst of my tumultuous season I’ve met some great people whose prayers have given me wings.  Thank you Jesus for those prayers!  I can most definitely feel the difference.

The months of planning on paper have finally become a reality.  And what a reality it is!  We have amazing hungry and responsive students.  This afternoon after watching a Bill Johnson DVD on the language of the Spirit (from the DVD curriculum), we had a ministry and activation time where I had a series of things planned.  Holy Spirit had a different plan however, as His presence descended in this little upper room in New Ash Green.  I was leading the session but I wasn’t much help after that.  I was flat on the floor laughing uncontrollably as waves of His presence washed over us.  It was a very welcome experience after the last few months of difficult adjustment.  Not to mention a lot of fun to see the students encountering His amazing presence in that way.

A big Thank You   to my very special and faithful partners and supporters.  You have a part to play in seeing revivalists being raised up in Europe.  And a special thank you to Catherine who has very kindly given me a beautiful place to live during my internship.  Your generosity and fun-loving nature is a joy and a delight to me.  And I love your cooking too ;-)

Be blessed. More Lord!!
