Adventurous Escapades

I've finally arrived in Redding.  It feels like its been a loooong day.  I was up at the crack of dawn to somehow repack my suitcase to suit Alaska Airlines restrictions.  I managed to get by without having to pay for my 'extra' bag (they only let you take 1 check in).  My housemates are great.  They ran around for me so I could open a bank account and many other little things that need to be done.  The house is beautiful and the pool is a welcome addition in the hot weather.  I must admit, there have been some challenges including a spider bite, heat rash, and infected cut on my finger and my latest saga was an allergic reaction to food while having dinner in a restuarant tonight.  Not very pleasant.  Photos of the house will follow in due course, but right now, its time to go to bed.. Zzzzzz
