My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

An Indian Sadhu (holy man) happily shares rice and milk with a litter of stray puppies by the Ganges River.
Sadhu's lead a quiet, wandering life, choosing to live away from mainstream society, dwelling in caves, forests, temples and ashrams. They form a unique 'brotherhood' with other Sadhu's, and are well respected throughout India.
