My Photo Scholarship Entry 2010 What is behind the wonderful colours of Pyrotechnics.

My photo scholarship entry 2010

This is a gem of a photo. It is 1am on a hot July Saturday evening. It is supposed to let off these fireworks one at a time. A spark from the first one has ignited the second attraction unintentionally and thus one could admire them both being let off together. It can take upto 2 days to setup these big attractions in the village square which will burn out in less than 30 seconds each. These village square fireworks compliment the ones that are let off into the air, the ones we have seen in the other 4 photos of this gallery. By the way, on such a night, in the village square there will be very little room where one can move since thousands of people from all over the island and tourists flock to the Zurrieq village to see such a spectacular show.
