Here is a piece of history, what you see is the old control tower of Calabozo's dam, today is almost like a symbolic toll for visitors who cross the long bridge to get the north entrance of the old town.

This is a guy we found in the forest doing some biological research, he's NY biologist, came to venezuela some time ago, it was amazing for me how this people were so interested in my country, he told us a lot about the animals and flower we would find around, it was a good help. Learn a lot of how knowledge is able to be shared between any cultures, and how something that is so simple for me could be the holy grail for others.

This is a look of Calabozo city horizon, a nice evening at the end of a good photo-hunt day. I liked the way the lights of the sky prevails over the ones in the town, leaving only to shape, somehow I understand this as the town residents way of respect the magnificent power of the sun they hardly need for their rise fields, maybe is the remains of ancient traditions...
