These glass castor cups hold half ton of parable of the hermitage's enlightenment role. Six men had to carry it on their backs from dawn till dusk so the pupils from neighboring villages could discover the beauty of music.

Is there a better parable of humbleness than miniature photograph hung on rough wall of the monk who from secluded monastery discovered new stars, calculated comet paths, corresponded with over hundred leading observatories and left behind largest astronomy library in Croatia?

In the mid 20th century with the death of last monk hermitage closed. Yet the tradition of pilgrimage on the first Sunday after the Assumption of Mary never stopped. Church being too small for all the pilgrims - is there a better parable of gratitude than one of faith remaining where again desert is?
