The kids had asked me some time ago "the library is so cold - can we get a buchari?". On snow/icy cold days attendance was dropping so as part of the educational resource project we had metal workers in Bageshwar make us a buchari - here it is just after arrival.

The library pupils couldn't believe that two computers were going to arrive! The excitement was palpable... to be able to touch, feel and use a laptop was the best thing out! Here is a shot of a trio of Class six children on one of their first computer lessons.
