People from many countries including the locals are waiting for the most spectacular event at the top of the Adam's Peak. It's the sunrise of a new day. People climb 2,243 metres (7,359 ft) to see this and the most of Buddhists do this as a pilgrimage as they believe the sacred foot print of Lord buddha.

This is the moment everyone was impatiently waiting for nearly half an hour. Got the first sneak peak of the sun on that day to Sri Lanka. Felt glorious...
