We don't just sit anymore...

...when was the last time you - or anyone you know for that matter - just sat in one place, looking out at nthing in particular. I think this is a much neglected art. I see people here just looking out into the open after a day of hard work. Or before a day of hard work, for that matter, because the shops seem to pick up only after 10am.

And talking of peace. I believe this to be the most peaceful people I know. There is no agression whatsoever. A huge amount of traffic, yes. Overzealous businessmen, yes. All these people each with a different intention and direction. On motorbikes, in trucks, in cars, on camels, on elephants, on bikes, on donkeycarts. But no agression. No one flips anyone the finger for taking the right of way or being too slow. Everyone seems to look out for each other.  Oh, and on top of everything: cows. in the middle of the street they walk with solemn gracefulness and ease.

Just thoughts..
