I am an English teach and Marketing executive from Vietnam. But more importantly, I am a foodie. I have a mad passion for the culinary art, which got me to be in the Top 9 of MasterChef Vietnam Season 1 in 2013.
Last December I published my first book ever, a cookbook named Chuyen cua Banh (Cakeside Stories). The book features 26 of my baking recipes as well as chronicles my life experiences through personal anecdotes accompanying the recipes. I am also the translator of a cookbook for children, The Disney Princess Cookbook.
I hope my next destinations would be Italy and Greece.
