Pergamon, an ancient city in modern day Turkey. This museum was the one I wanted to see the most in Berlin, but ended up seeing it on my way between my journeys from Dublin via Berlin and Berlin via Prague that evening.
There are pictures of the Pergamon Altar and the Ishtar Gates of ancient Babylonia.
Least to say, I was amazed and stunned by these.
