3 Peaks 3 Weeks South America Adventures in Travel and Mountain Climbing with the Peaks Foundation

Hi there!

I've created this journal to record and share some details about my 3 Peaks 3 Weeks trip.  In October 2014 I will be travelling with a team of 9 women to climb 3 mountains in South America with the Peaks Foundation. In the months leading up to the trip, we all pledged to raise a minimum of $5,000 each for the Peaks Foundation, who in turn will donate this money to local charities that support women, girls, and conservation in the areas we will be visiting. At this time our team has raised over $75,000! 

I have no idea how much internet access I will have during the trip, but hope to post at least a couple of updates here.
