La Alberca

USA | Saturday, 26 September 2009 | Views [283] | Comments [4]

Arrived at La Alberca this afternoon.  My roommate is Blanca.  So far, we have introductions all around.  Some folks speak English quite well, others really are struggling.  Everyone is really pleasant and fun so I think it´s going to work out pretty well.

I am learning to enjoy the Spanish wine although it isn´t cheap or sweet.  The food is ok but not spectacular. We are forbidden to complain about the food because ticking off the wait staff is not recommended.

Adios!

Go you! Thanks for posting; I know you don't have a lot of free time. How's the weather?

Glad to hear you have a good group!! Don't you know you're problem is that you've spent too much time in Italy and now your palete has tunnel vision:)

Really not good to give someone grief with so many spelling and grammar mistakes. That would be "your" and "palate". Kinda backfires...

What--no sweet wine? And no talking politics! Everything else sounds like fun. I'm jealous.
