More travel…..So here we go. We will keep this one simple. Got up, had breakfast. Caught a Tuk-Tuk to the bus station. Took the bus to the Laos border. Took a long tail boat across the river to Thailand. Paid our way in. Angy falls on her ass in some street sludge that not only stained her pants but also her underwear…YUCHH! Ate lunch, met a local girl named Mim who helped us book a hotel in Chiang Mai (She also makes a mean salsa that even rivals some we’ve had in Mexico). Took a minibus from Chiang Khong to Chiang Mai. Arrived in Chiang Mai around midnight just in time for a good nights rest.
P.S. That is 16 hours on buses, minivans, boats, tuk-tuk's, and on foot. Needless to say, it was a long day and a well deserved hot shower and nice clean bed.
