    My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

    Anaphalis javanica (insert italic here for latin name), or simply Javanese Edelweiss, is an exotic flower growing especially in higher regions around Java, here shown 200 meters below the peak of Mount Gede. We are very lucky to have the flowers blossoming in such fine weather with no cloud in sky.
