    I tried a few times to bring some motion to Ffion which payed off in this shot, as she continued to climb about this dramatically lit stairwell. I loved everything about this train station, the lighting, the stone passages plastered with graffiti, the bold angles, and brilliant colours. Looking back, Im really glad we missed our train that evening, being left to wander freely, while keeping high in spirit. Views[209] I remember laughing a lot taking this shot. We were so determined to maintain high spirits during our three our wait. The contrast in lighting from the platform above looked great as Ffion went through great lengths to keep us both entertained. I really loved the lighting, and angles in this shot, as well as it providing a great memory. Views[198] The subway path between the two platforms had a real character to it. The dim lighting with colourful graffiti, and beautiful local stone made a great setting for us playing a little plastic bottle football to pass the time, as we waited for our train. Views[437] Outside the main building of the station, this beautiful quirk of symmetry really caught my imagination. The passage leading down led to a subway connection linking the two platforms of the station. Views[476] After a long day exploring the beautiful coastline of Polignano, we found ourselves waiting for a train for three hours in a completely empty station. The waiting room pictured here was quite unique, with no chairs, an old ticket machine, graffitied yellow walls, and superb acoustics. Views[258]
