Snorkelling at Ningaloo Reef

Snorkelling at Ningaloo Reef

On Sunday, my bother, mum, dad and me went on a snorkelling trip. It was my first ever time on a catarmaran and the first time on a boat that I didn't get sick. We made some friends from Africa on the boat and they were funny. We went snorkelling and Jacob found a Reef Shark. Reef sharks do not eat humnas they only eat small fish.

After we went snorkelling we had lunch. Sausages! I liked my sausage! After that we palyed with our new friends until we arrived at another snorkelling place. At first I did not want to go in but I did. I was glad I did because we saw lots of bright blue, purple and yellow coral. On the way back to the boat we saw a green turtle. He was swimming very fast and it was hard to keep up.

Later that day when the tour was over we went fishing and my brother caught a fish. Infact he was the only one to catch a fish that we could eat. After he caught the fish we went back to camp and scaled him

Hi Aiden,

The snorkelling sounds like it was very exciting! How big were the sharks?

Thank you for sending the postcard and the Coles vouchers- our school has collected over 79,000! A new record!

We can't wait until you are back.

Have fun!

From 4MT and Pingu.
