About a_quayyum
Abdul Quayyum, an MBA in Management Information System from the University of Dhaka, also holds a Masters and Bachelor in Social Science majoring in Mass Communication and Journalism from the same university. Currently working with IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature)Bangladesh country office.
Prior to joining IUCN he has worked with the Journalism Training and Research Initiative (JATRI) of BRAC University and with the Sector Program Support of the Water Supply and Sanitation Sector (Phase II) of Bangladesh, funded by DANIDA and implemented by the Local Government Division of the Government of Bangladesh. Quayyum has also worked in the Reforms in Revenue Administration (RIRA) project of DFID and implemented by the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
As a journalist he used to work with Bangladesh Television, the only state owned channel in Bangladesh, and the Daily Ajker Kagoj.
