The farm I visited breeds donkeys for show and these are just a few of them in the field. These curious guys came right up to me. I tried to position the camera so that the two in the foreground would frame the one in the background.

This was the first task we did on the farm for the day. We had to go down to one of the barns and collect 30 square bales of hay. I was able to snap this photo while the farmer was walking out with two of them. This photograph gives the viewer an idea of the hard work that is put in day in and day out.

I knew that I wanted to get a portrait-type picture of the man I photographed that day. Here he is with his dog, Luna, against one of the barns on the farm.
