Hi,
Updating this to June 2010, and only 1 dame is on this trip, coutesy qantas and one world frequent flyer, and I'm off to have a break for 4 weeks and to visit some places I,ve never been.
Pre 2010 trips (x 2)
2009
Group of 3 baby boomer belles dames on a trip to Prague and then to rural France, staying in gites de france accommodation and driving around the countryside, until a last fling on the riveriera before travelling home.
2008 trip:
We are a group of 4 baby boomer era friends travelling to Italy and Croatia for a holiday/adventure! 2 of us have not travelled for 20-30 years, one of us has been making a few trips (quite late in life!), and another is making her very first trip to Europe.We have booked mainly 1 or 2 star B & B's in Italy (and the odd Monastery), and a motor-sail craft that travels around the islands of the Dalmatian coast. We have no iodea what to expect, which really does make for an adventure, (we hope!)
Hopefully we will survive to tell many tales!
