Took a 3 hour bus ride that took 4 – our bus driver got off and had a few icecreams along the way.

Fantastic looking city based around a massive mountain that has been mined non-stop for the last 600 years for various things it was silver and is now tin and ore as they look for anything remaining.
We landed in Potosi with Alex and coundn’t find a taxi so Alex asked a guy who had stpped for a burger with his son if he would drive us – the bloke was fine with that and had his burgers paid for plus some.
Landed in our fanciest hostel so far – it had heating and real mattresses with springs – first time we’ve seen that in Bolivia.
