Due South (and a little West)

Over the next 9 months i'm going to be travelling to South America... via Japan and Australia. The main focus of the trip is to work as a physio in a paediatric burns unit in Cochabamba, Bolivia. My Spanish still has some serious improving to do and overall... i'm absolutely terrified!!! It should be an interesting 9 months!!!
