La granadina

It's the spring semester of my junior year, so I am celebrating with un gran viaje filled with classes (unfortunately) and crazy foreign fun.

Yo quiero bailar

SPAIN | Tuesday, 23 January 2007 | Views [247]

News: there’s a salsa club like 2 minutes down the road from us! It’s all free (except, obviously, the bar) and there are lessons Monday/Wednesdays from 10-midnight. So pretty sure in six months, I’ll be a regular dancing queen. A mini grupo of us went last night and Vince taught us the basics (Brint stood us up, apparently his phone “broke,” haha). Then this grandpa came and danced me around, so I went from beginner to pro in a matter of minutes. I’m that good. But yeah, we’re obviously going back. So my amigos had best want to bailar when I get back to the Cities (I do recall First Ave. has a salsa night). Get practicing!
