I am an 31 years old engineer.
I live (or better said I lived) in Germany, now I’m in my home country, in Romania, for a period of time trying to develop my journalistic photographical skills. I took the opportunity to be an assistant for a photographer in my own country, Romania. I don’t earn anything yet by being an assistant, I get only the accommodation and the meals paid for the time that I’m in expeditions, but I get the chance to learn photography.
Also I plan to make some photojournalism outside my country, I planned trips to Tunis, Croatia, India and, maybe, this scholarship – which would be a great experience and a great opportunity for me to photograph with, work with and assist a pro photographer as Jason Edwards. I also have knowledge about post processing, I use the package from Adobe (Bridge, Lightroom, Photoshop)
About me, I’m speaking well to very good English, German and of course, Romanian. In my opinion I am athletic, I’m doing sports and also for photography I clime everywhere is possible to get the best angle. I’m not picky in terms of food, drink, work, travel by foot and living conditions.
