A little taste of home...my new bundt pan and my first ever made-by-me Gramma's Walton's Mountain Coffee Cake!
(Coming from a huge extended family, I'm a big fan of the movie, "My Big Fat Greek Wedding! My title is from that movie.)
Most of you know the fun Brandon and I have been having on okinawayardsales.com since we got here. We’ve found great deals on everything from Star Trek collectibles to a blender (with which my wonderful husband makes a mean fruit smoothie!) Yesterday, I scored a brand new Wilton bundt pan at a price I just couldn’t pass up! I was so excited! In fact, I made Gramma’s Walton’s Mountain Coffee Cake for our breakfast the following morning! Yummy!

Wow!I'm jealous!Your "first" turned out waaaay better than mine did.Gramma made it sound so easy to do. But I learned that I should really count the rolls as I put them in the pan ~ not just throw the whole bag full in!Good for you, girl!
