Seeing the world through others eyes
People are different me, you my brother, father, my instructors every one of us have different perspectives and ideas and abilities to see one thing with various outlooks. One thing is special and unique for me neither for you nor for my sister, but my father may like it and vice versa. Every individual has a unique elegance sense, from this point of view everyone has to have special choices in their life and see things from their needs' perspectives. As well as from leadership points of view, there are 32 themes in essence of all human and from all these themes 6 of them are stronger than others in their body. So I may have a skill that my brother may don't have it or my brother has a special skill that I don't have it. If we want to have a better life so we must appreciate and respect other people perspective and opinions. To be clearer, I want to bring a personal experience of myself. We had a workshop in Issyk-Kul Kyrgyzstan and I have been selected to attend from Afghanistan. This was the first time out of Afghanistan and this was something new for me and I was scared. I thought that I may face with different problems and I shared this with some people. When I shared I found two different concepts with people. The first was that some people think negatively about what is going on in the world. They said that you must not attend because they hold this kind of workshop to convert Muslims to Christianity. At the same time I found another group they encouraged me a lot and say that you must attend because this is one of the achievements in your life. They said that when you go there will gain lots of information you will find a lot of friends you will learn about their culture etc. In summary people see the world with different perspectives at the end I found first group wrong. We must appreciate all ideas and we must choose the best one that can affect our life and at least bring some positive changes in our way of living.
