Amazing skilled trades man creating buildings & operating evidently without heavy equipment? unions?; Occupational Safety and Health Administration (29CFR1910 or National Institute of Occupational Health & ACGIH standards? If it was in the USA their would be army of lawyers and investigators swarming over this construction site burying it in sea of paperwork just waiting for somebody to stub their toe or file a workmens comp case!!.
