I am a 44 year old wife and mother living in Perth, Western Australia. 

I travelled the world when I was younger but have spent the last twenty years parenting, step-parenting and partnering and am taking the opportunity of long service leave to spend a month in Bali completing a Yoga Teaching Course.

I feel underlying sadness and associated guilt about family breakdown and want to use this experience to purify myself of the pain and forgive my own drama, forgive others and move forward.
