I think that I am an over zealous traveler who probably is in it more for the "let's go here and there" and not so much to "experience" the place.  What I mean is that I tend to cover a lot of ground at the expense of taking it all in.  I'm the one who goes to Disney World and am ready to go after half a day.  The objective, then, is to slow down and enjoy the moment. I do like to watch people so sitting down at a cafe on a busy street and sipping (okay, probably gulping)an espresso is quite enjoyable.  Unfortunately, this trip we have planned for Europe is going to be a marathon adventure.  We will just have to see.
