Fishmongers lined up at a long table, preparing the fishes for potential buyers. Side by side, they cut and clean fishes using a pair of skilled hands.

Some type of fish, were tied in groups and weighed prior to display. I wonder why they put two orange fishes among the greenish grey one, why are they different? Is it possible they were orange flavored?
