My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited
Kazakhstan | Tuesday, July 2, 2013 | 5 photos
Having been raised in the small village in the heart of Central Asia, I’ve always been hungry of discovering unusual facets this world has to offer different from what I’ve seen since the childhood. Since my teen ages, I’ve noticed that the world around me was beautiful and I wanted to capture and share this beauty through the photography. I am amateur photographer since – I just take pictures when I see the depiction and when I feel the depth in the moment which I enjoy. Following my intuition finally brought me to my current working engagement in the area of refugee protection in Kazakhstan. I have never been to arts school but I am convinced that I am an artistic person with my particular vision on the world around me. I wish and do so to make our world a better place through my profession and through my pictures. Taking part in this inspirational change would advance me to the next level in photography, enable me following my true path and open people’s eyes on the life around us. Through my pictures, people would understand the contrasts of beauty and the beast story that our world has plenty of, opening people’s souls and allowing them to re-discover their hearts.
