Faith is extremely important in Nepalese culture. Many travel to temples for religious reasons. This man also wears the traditional hat of the Nepalese which has been lost in the younger generation.

Mt Everest. Locals and foreigners marvel at her beauty and domineering presence. After trekking to the base camp, I understand the necessary strength and persistence needed and appreciate how the Sherpas live in such a difficult terrain. I also admire how they are still so humble and friendly.
