I woke up today in my usual bed in my unusual room. Half asleep still, dreaming of far away places. I see my Native culture on these walls and few from other exotic places. I tell myself someday, it's not to late. I'll look for a four leaf clover in Ireland and kiss that damned stone. I'll meet new people and learn about their ancestors. Listen to their folklore, and figure out why they tell these stories because legend is usually derived from some truth. I tell myself someday, it's not to late. I'll climb all 1,665 steps to the top of the Eiffel Tower, see what's up. I'll marvel at the flora and fauna I come across. I'll make a strangers day. Ask a Sweden if they do eat moose meat. I'll kayak through the streets of Venice and hopefully not get arrested. Drink vodka with a Russian and maybe beat him at poker. I'll smile all through my journey. I'm not there yet, but I'll lay here day dreaming of tomorrow.
