Walkie Talkie is a documentary travel show which blends a combination of videography, animation and time-lapse photography.
We are currently in post-production on our first episode based on Malawi, lovingly called "the warm heart of Africa". It's one of Africa's friendliest and most peaceful countries, jammed packed with adventures for travellers of all budgets. Our shorter insert videos are uploaded and updated as we go along. These work-in-progress videos can be viewed on our Vimeo page. Feedback is appreciated.
We shared part of our journey online. Internet was rare and electricity was occassional, so we only managed a few updates on our Tumblr blog.
We are keen on collaborations and are grateful for our super rad music collaboration with Ouzomusic for the Malawi 2011 episode.
Our goal is to get sponsored and commissioned to produce more of these travel documentary videos. Please give us a shout if you are interested.
