Some people met and fell in love while traveling, and they got married, then stayed in that country. It's wonderful when all is well and lovey dovey. Life feels so good like cruising with the latest auto-plane, privately own, on the seven layers of cloud above the earth, out there in the galaxy where every scenery is wonderful and even the strange one seems beautiful.
But, what happens when one of you did not want to communicate with the other and started to block access to money that is supposed to be shared by the two of you, then hired a lawyer?
If loving is about caring, then what is divorcing?
In the Family Court of Santa Clara County, here lies the answer.
The woman, who did not have money to hire an attorney, refused to discuss about settlement, because she knew that her husband's lawyer has set up to his winning by choosing a temporary settlement officer that the lawyer’s father knew to force her into agreeing to take the debts that her husband wanted to force on her after literally forcing her to be homeless by blocking her access to their money so she could not have any cash to pay for basic living expenses. The husband's lawyer also wanted her to give up her right to get paid by her husband for the money he is stil owing her.
Furious, the next day, the husband's lawyer told the temporary Judge in court who was not even selected by the people to setup a situation where the police would be called upon if she did not want to accept the temporary Judge to force her into settling the case according to the husband's lawyer's terms without regard for her human rights at all, never mind her rights as a wife according to the best state for entrepreneurs.
When she told the temporary Judge who did not even read her entire response, admitted the temporary Judge, to not be the Judge in this case, the temporary Judge called on the police to shut her up by abusing her inside the court.
The police came and twisted her arm intentionally and forced her out of the hearing when it was not completely ended.
The lesson is when it comes to divorcing in Santa Clara County, if you are not a husband, and you dare to voice your concerns in court even to a temporary Judge not elected by the people, especially if you are voicing out the abuses on you by your husband with the help from the people working for the Family Court and his newly hired lawyer, then red duck tape would be forced on you as shown on Lady Liberty picture below.
