On The Road This is a work in progress of past adventures, after the trips have come and gone. I travel every 11 weeks for 18 days, and love to give back to the travel community with information that may help others have a great adventure of their own!

June 2004

Sydney - Byron Bay - Brisbane - Great Keppel Island - Rockhampton – Melbourne - Great Ocean Road

Toured Sydney for 3 days. Took bus to Byron Bay for 2 days, enjoyed the beach and the hippy vibe. From here, I took a bus to Brisbane, which I really enjoyed. It's a small city, and has a lively feel to it. 

Great Keppel Island was fantastic. The beaches are gorgeous, and there is lots of snorkelling options here. Back to the mainland, and up to Rockhapton by bus. 

Flew via Virgin Air (booked online) to Melbourne for three days. While in Melbourne, I booked a Great Ocean Road tour for a full day, which was fantastic. This included a brief tour of the Grampians, which was also fantastic.

Flew back to Vancouver from Melbourne via Sydney and San Francisco.
