My professional goal is to find my own voice in Verité documentary with a focus in human rights, political regime and its victims in the world. I reckon this course is a unique academic environment to make this happen, it provides deep technical knowledge, directing observing experience and international connections in the Film industry. I am from Belarus, the “last dictatorship in Europe”; through my films I will generate awareness and invite people to take responsibility of changing their reality. This course will help me develop new strategies in visual storytelling and move verite cinema forward.
