Ingredients
eggs - 2 pieces
sugar - 200 grams
vanillin (vanilla extract) - 0.5 tsp
flour - 200 grams
apple - 1 piece
sunflower oil (for frying pan)
How to prepare this recipe1. Beat eggs. Beat with a mixer. Add the sugar. Thoroughly mix the entire mass. Pour vanilla. Shake it up .
2. Sift the flour. Mix well.
3. Apple sliced into small pieces. Lay out them on a baking dish (pan) previously greased with sunflower oil.
Spread the batter into the pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 250 C from 17 to 25 minutes.
4. Now you have a time to grind a sugar (to get powdered sugar).
5. Ready pie sprinkle with powdered sugar using a small strainer.
The story behind this recipeThe recipe of this pie I’ve got from my granny, who has gotten it from her mother. So the age of this recipe is approximately 100 years. The most interesting thing that despite this dish look like an ordinary pie, while the taste of the "Granny's pie" tastier than any other one. Even my uncle who doesn't eat pies at all with a great pleasure eats every piece of this tasty dish!
