Pura Vida! Trip to Costa Rica September 30, 2010 through October 9, 2010

I'm Vicki Anderson.  I've lived in California all of my life, and living in such a geographically large state, it's possible to drive 8 hours and still be in the same state.  For this reason, and a few others, I haven't traveled much outside the state.  I've been to the Washington, D.C. area for the first time in the last five years.  I went to Mexico City and Guadalajara with my Spanish class friends and teachers when I was in High School, and went to British Columbia, Canada on a family vacation when I was in High School.  I've been to the Pacific Northwest a couple of times.  In other words, I've never been out of North America.

When I was younger, I wasn't really interested in traveling. Now I want to see everything possible.

As I begin the second half of my life, I'm venturing out - moving on to seeing a bit of Central America, to Costa Rica this trip.  Pura Vida!
