My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited
India | Friday, June 28, 2013 | flickr photos
I come from a beautiful coastal town called Mangalore in the South of India with a dream to travel the world for i know that there is soo much Mother Earth has to offer and much that is unseen.
As a musician, a poet, a painter and a mechanical engineer I find inspiration while I travel. I am grateful to be able to draw inspiration from the subtlest elements that nature offers, be it a whisper in the wind that turns into a poem, a rhythm in the rain which goes on to be a song or the colours of a mountain captured in a frame, a story for the Earth our humble home.
A lot can be learnt when one is on their own, with no security and in unknown lands. I seek such experiences all the time.
As an amateur photographer, I put in all that I can to capture the essence of a moment, for a moment is all that it lasts for.
To share my experiences through photographs is what I seek and try to achieve with every click.
My love for nature definitely translates into every aspect of what I do. With my keen observation, passion and dedication to learn I am sure that I will be able to get the most out of this scholarship.
Being mentored by Jason Edwards would be an honor and a dream come true.
