It's in a country, but it feels like you've traveled to several countries, because the variations!

Being an Indonesian since I was born is the best gift ever for me. Because this country is too amazing for me, specially in culture and natural resources.

That time, when I was in holiday, my parents planned to visit several places in Indonesia. At the first time, I disliked this plan because I thought, what would I enjoy from this country?

But however, they were my parents so I came with them travelling over several places.

The first destination place was Lombok island, where my grandparents lived. This island was so beautiful because it had beautiful beaches like Senggigi beach, Kuta beach and the other beaches with the blue waves and white sands. Not only beaches, Lombok also had a beautiful mountain named Rinjani mount. But the things most I like are the traditional foods and the culture. Plecing Kangkung and Singang are the most popular traditional foods in Lombok. Plecing was made from kangkung and kecambah which were mixed with another boiled vegetables and in the end added a Plecing sauce which made it so special. And Singang it self was a fish soup with so many spices added. and the last which made me really enjoy the trip was the culture and the people. Most of the Lombok island people are Hindi. Which they had so many amazing culture, the most popular was about the dance and the religious rituals. The people over there were so friendly and that what made the circumstance became better.

The next destination place was Yogyakarta, a region in Central Java, Java island. The first thing that most people thought about this city was Gudeg. Gudeg was a traditional food that really represented Yogya. Even I knew that Yogya wasn't not only about the Gudeg, which was made from a young jackfruit, but also the temples over there! Prambanan, Borobudur, who didn't know about these temples? The biggest temple in the world (Borobudur temple)! With more that 2000 statues in Prambanan and Borobudur, it made so many people really excited to visit because they wanted to know about how primitive people could build such great temples like those temples. I didn't know why, but the variation of the people in this country was so big. The Yogya people was so different with Lombok people. Lombok people was so famous about their spirit and how the talk. And on the other hand Yogya people was so calm and talk really slow without any louder voice.

Even if there are more than 600 tribe languages and cultures, it didn't ruin the unity, but giving unique side of Indonesia.
