No place to Stay !!! When I was kid 100's of sparrow used to stay within my house...Now hardly any place for them. Man-made threats such as the rising numbers of mobile phone towers and microwave pollution, pollution, noise and electric wires have made the sparrow’s survival all the more difficult ..

Looking for home ....strongly believe that a lot can be done at an individual level to save Mother Earth and her many wonderful creations. We are particular about sparrows because their disappearance has a direct bearing on the degraded environment we are living in. The sparrow homes can be set-up in balconies, verandahs, hang it down from pergolas, or even put it up on a tree.

Struggling for food N water. Due to vanishing of water sources like well, lake and non-availability of grains making them to struggle. Earlier grandmothers used to sit in the courtyard and separate grains from stones and husk. Today, small shops are getting replaced with supermarkets with manufacturing set-ups elsewhere. Grains are hard to find for the sparrows...
