They have been abandoned by their mothers (mostly sexual workers) and the only mark they have left on them is a deathly disease.

Thanks to the volunteers and permanent workers at this orphanage we are still able to find seeds of hope in the medicines provided for the children in their fight against HIV

The joy, playfulness and mischief shines in the eyes of these children. Among their poverty and health issues they still find a reason to welcome any volunteer that desires to open their heart to them.
