I've always been fascinated by how big the world is, and how many places there are to travel. So, at 26 years old, I finally had the courage to take that leap, save up some (probably not enough) money, and pack my bags and travel for a couple of months. Leaving behind my friends, family, and everything familiar, I ventured outside Las Vegas to my first big-girl adventure to New Zealand. Everyone always asks me why New Zealand, and I say to them, "Why not?" So follow me along on my journey of discovering new places, new people, new cultures, and perhaps discovering a new me, as I brave the world solo on the other side of the world.
