Eking out a living! Two porters with heavy bag packs on one of their many journeys in the hills of Nepal. During the peak trekking seasons, these porters make their living by carrying luggage of weight 20-30 kg, while guiding their guests on mountain trekking trails.

“Let me spread my wings, while you whistle through your bamboo!” A girl in the hills of Nepal stretches her hands while the boy plays his flute. Tourists visiting the hills of Nepal are often touched by the warm welcome of mountain children whose innocent smiles hide their suffering in their daily lives.

Trekkers walk their final steps to reach Annapurna base camp (4,130m) – one of the most visited trekking destinations in Nepal. The most popular time to trek in Nepal Mountains are late spring (March and April) and early to mid-fall (October and November).
